This is the Derya Arms DY9 Island Barrel Kit and it provides you with a new slide, barrel, sights and springs which will add an island ported barrel and milled out slide for the mounting of red dot sights. Being a drop-in slide, there are not changes that need to be made to the frame and it will only work on the Glock 19 Gen. 4. So how does this slide work? Is the porting effective?
