In this video, I take you through the experience of spending my very first evening in my new Bangkok condo, from exploring the peaceful nighttime atmosphere to enjoying the incredible skyline views from each room.

You’ll also see a few real-life moments that come with moving into a new place — including my attempt to figure out how to operate a modern convection stove and oven system that is very different from what I’m used to back in the United States.

As the night unfolds, I give you a relaxing nighttime walk through the condo starting in the second bedroom, moving into the living room and balcony, and finishing in the master bedroom with breathtaking views of the Bangkok skyline.

I also share my thoughts on how to enhance and elevate a rental condo space when you can’t paint the walls, replace furniture, or make permanent changes — something many condo owners and renters face around the world.

In the next video, I’ll begin adding simple and inexpensive accents that will soften and transform the living room into a more warm, comfortable, and inviting space.
