Kryptonite Keeper U-Lock Bracket Solution

Like others, I discovered a flaw in the mounting bracket included with the Kryptonite Keeper U-Lock. The Bracket is on the wrong side - making it nearly impossible to attache to the bike. (For pictures/more info on the problem see links below).
SOLUTION: Instead of mounting the bracket on the Top or Seat Tube (which is, impossible), try mounting it to the Seat Stay. By adjusting the angle of the bracket on the lock itself, I was able to get the lock mounted to the bike without getting in the way of the frame, pedals or chain.
If your Seat Stay is too thin for the mounting bracket, use piece of rubber included with the mounting bracket.
