INGREDIENTS :
500 grams rump steak, slice thinly
1 tbsp rice wine or dry sherry
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp cornstarch
1/3 cup water
2 tbsp salted black beans
1/2 tsp white sugar
2 tsp water
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb ginger, strips
1 onion brown, sliced
1 large bitter melon, seeded halved sliced
1/3 cup water
sesame oil
2 tbsp cooking oil.
