Dr. Kandil is the Chief of General, Endocrine and Oncological Surgery at Tulane University Medical School in New Orleans, Lousianna. As an early adopter of thyroid RFA, he has performed a very high volume of procedures and been involved in numerous physician trainings at his institution.
