Toronto shooter Faisal Hussain had mental health problems

Описание: Toronto police have identified the shooter in last night's incident as Faisal Hussain. A statement released by his family explains that Hussain had severe mental health problems, and that the family's, " hearts are in pieces for the victims," and for the city of Toronto as well.
