Mega-Cheap TIG Welder - Real Deal...or Real Bad?

The welder is billed as being capable of doing stick welding, as well as pulse and conventional TIG welding. But at this price...is it any good?

Bladesmith Walter Sorrells reviews the Vevor 3-in-1 from the perspective of a knife maker. But the welder would be useful for metal fabrication, agriculture, light industry and auto body work, etc. One important qualification is that the welder is intended for use with steel (stainless, tool steel, mild steel, etc.) but does not do DC welding.
