The Senior Strength Program we have designed for you will give you a specific plan to follow every day for the next 3 months.
As you begin this program, remember to be patient with yourself—some of these movements might be completely new, and can take a week or so to start feeling like you’ve got the hang of it. Consistency is key, and if you stick with it, you’ll start to see great results.
If anything feels uncomfortable, be sure to implement the modifications we provide, and if you’re still struggling with a specific movement, temporarily avoid it and reach out to us so we can select something better for your body. We'll also share helpful resources along the way, including tips on how to use a massage gun and foam roller to support your recovery and prevent muscle and joint stiffness.
