I just wanted to show one alternative to the infamous stereotypical bodybuilding meal.
Both meals are around 500 calories and 41g of protein.
3 ingredients needed. 100g red split lentils, 100g of Edamame and vegetables of your choice. I like mixed vegetables.
Season how you wish, I like Cumin, Tumeric and salt.
This only takes 12 mins to makes it so easy to have a meal like this in your arsenal when you are strapped for time. It's the quickest meal that comes to mind too!
