~~NOTES~~
I don't honestly know what all of the 'official' techniques for blending markers are, if any, but I've been using the plastic technique for a while now and I love it!
~~MATERIALS~~
Copic markers and Prismacolor Markers (Get the brush tip if you can!)
Paper: Regular ol' smooth white cardstock. Got it from the office supply section.
Plastic: Shipping tape (any kind will do!). You can also use plastic bags, glass, lamination sheets, sandwich bags, plastic wrap, etc.
**Note: If you want to re-use your plastic, you can clean it with nail polish remover and paper towel or rubbing alcohol.
