Preamble in Kodava language

Описание: India's Constitution is a people's Constitution - shaped by 'We the People' in many ways. However over the past few decades, the distance between societal values and constitutional values has grown. Rectifying this requires getting the constitution closer to all diverse groups of the country. One way in which we felt we can do this is by ensuring that the Preamble, the heart of India's constitution is translated to various Indian languages. As a first step, we have worked with several people to translate the Preamble into 17 of Karnataka's languages: Aravu, Are, Beary, Dakhani, Gosangi, Irula, Kodava, Konkani, Koracha, Koraga, Lambani, Malaame, Navaayath, Sanketi, Tulu, Waghri and Kannada.
