Hey guys, today I'm doing the 100 dumplings in 10 minutes challenge. Although, I obviously don't finish the challenge, I have a GREAT time eating these and telling you stories. These are spicy korean dumplings or Chinese dumplings, I can't remember, because the Korean ones are called Mandu and these are not pointy like potstickers, this is more like Dim Sum from Din Tai Fung.
