This is a very fast and easy high protein cake that is so enjoyable to snack on during the day. I have it pre and post workouts.
The macros for the full cake:
1870 kcal
293g of protein
42,5g of fat
58g of carbs
I cut it in 6 servings but up to you, it's quite the hefty piece...
For this recipe you will need:
500 grams of fat free greek yoghurt
500 grams of low fat quark
5 eggs
200 grams of whey protein powder (I used vanilla flavor)
250 grams of frozen berries - choose what you like
Juice and zest from one lemon
A few drops of vanilla extract
5 grams of stevia - use the sweetener you prefer or keep it out for a lees sweet cake
Bake at 165 degrees celsius, 330 degrees fahrenheit for 40 - 45 mins, it should just set. If it bakes to long it can get dry due to the low fat ingredients.
