Monti Primer – Lesson 5: Negation with “무” (don’t / not / no)
In this lesson we learn the Monti negation token **무**, and how it flips:
“I go” → “I don’t go” (아티 나 무 가)
“I am at home” → “I am not at home” (아티 나 루바 에몽 무 머)
“There is a house” → “There is no house” (루바 무)
“I am confused / sad / lonely” → “I am not …” (무 허 / 무 러 / 무 루)
Core rule **NEG-LOCK**:
무 always stands right before the final predicate
(the last verb / state / emotion in the sentence).
At the end we write 3 lines in Monti:
1 thing you don’t do today, 1 state/emotion you’re not in,
and 1 line comparing yesterday and today.
