Now we're going to show you how easy it is to make salmon phyllo rolls. Now we're going to prepare the salmon phyllo rolls. Very easy preparation, again. We're going to cut the salmon and put it right on top of the board. We're going to lightly rub it with a little bit of lemon. Both sides. Okay. Take the sheets of phyllo dough. Take one sheet as a base, making sure you get it sprayed. You're going to use five sheets for each one.
This is a really healthy preparation. You can use, again, you can use salmon, you can use chicken. A really nice dish with this is a light chicken roll with a little bit of mushrooms. I got two more to go. This one. And, there you go.
Now remember, you should always keep your dough covered so that you keep it at its optimal freshness while you're using it. Keep it nice and moist. Okay, we're going to take the salmon, we're going to put it right down here. A little bit of salt and pepper to taste. We're going to have some parsley, some dill, and some chopped onions right on top.
First thing you want to do is you want to roll this over with the salmon and just top it again with a little bit of parsley, and dill, and finally the onion again on the other side. Cover it again, roll it, tucking in the edge, roll it one more time, tucking in the edge. Keeping the seam on the bottom, just spray it very lightly, and we can transfer this to the cooking container. We'll do the same with the rest of the salmon.
