The Ultimate NLP course is a 2 CD set (yes, I know, a bit old fashioned to not have a download) that's split into lots of tracks covering all sorts of neuro linguistic programming (NLP) techniques.

It's well explained and easy to listen to - you can always rip the tracks to your MP3 player or phone and listen to them whenever and wherever you want.

It doesn't get bogged down with things like reading body language or watching how people's eyes move - they're actually quite dangerous as not everyone is the same, a bit like not everyone is right handed.

Instead, the Ultimate NLP Course focuses on the things that work for everyone and that you can put into effect as soon as you start to listen.

So there are tracks that cover things like:

Overcoming stage fright and the fear of speaking in public - useful if you're soon due to give a presentation at work or a speech at something like a wedding
