Before becoming a coach, Melanie was a Global VP in HR, working 14-hour days but feeling empty inside, asking “Is this really it?" She realised that her professional role was defining her. And so she embarked on a whole new journey of self-reflection and inquiry on the Master’s in Executive Coaching at Ashridge to ultimately reconcile her story, her coaching, and herself.
