Today I'm looking at the customer journey from my own perspective.
BONUS -I was ready to buy, but no one helped me find what I was looking for meaning there is some gap in the market. I was looking for something like Mack Weldon or LuluLemon or even Rhone, but they were all selling at a price higher than I would expect to pay.
I do this for your benefit as a product researcher and a brand. I am probably going to try and fill this niche because there is where the money is at.
What should the name for my new brand be?
Consider these things when trying to get more sales on Amazon:
1. Do your customers immediately know what you are? Are you using your title, picture, and availability indicators like price and prime to help customers through their treasure hunt?
2. Do your customers know if you are right for them? Have you put in photos and graphics and coupons and text descriptions that help them narrow their focus and justify the price you are charging?
3. Do they know how to get it? More on this later.
These can be powerful to watch or even listen to on audio. Tell the journey out loud and see if your customers experience what you describe as the perfect treasure hunt from Search to Purchase.
