Multi level car parking ( G+ 5 ) structure construction work in progress at Gandhi Irwin road side also in Poonamalle high road side. New terminal building ( G + 3 ) structure construction top in progress on both sides of Egmore station.

Parcel office building ( G + 2 ) construction work in progress at Poonamalle high road side. In multi level car parking structure , commercial area and Budgetary hotel too will be available.

In new terminal building Waiting lounge, Ticketing area, commercial area and Roof plaza will be constructed.

Additional escalator and lift will be installed.
