PLEASE DO NOT SEND US THIS LAPTOP if you can't get any power to it, if fan's don't spin and no light come up, that means the pins on the broken jack got twisted and shorted the motherboard. This laptop only works after power jack repair if it would still show any signs of life prior to power jack replacement. If the laptop is already dead, or went dead during excessive wiggling / jiggling of the plug then the board got shorted, and it is NOT fixable.
If you still get occasional light, or some juice in the laptop and the jack is broken then no worries send it our way we will replace the jack.
