In today’s quiet art vlog, I’m creating a golden cat study inspired by soft sunlight and peaceful moments. 🐱☀️
This oil pastel piece explores warmth, texture, and gentle contrast. I layer soft yellows, earthy browns, and deep greens to create depth and atmosphere around the subject. Instead of focusing on realism, this study is about capturing a feeling, that calm glow that turns an ordinary moment into something comforting.
Slowly, I build the fur through delicate blending and subtle marks inside my handmade sketchbook. 🖍️✨
The process is intuitive, unhurried, and meditative.
