75 Days Hard: 40/75
1) Ignoring Paddle strength training:
Your gym routine is a copied bro split from Arnold Schwarzenegger and Monday you do Chest and Triceps (😂)? And you never heard of Pullups ? Thats a big No No my guys!
2) Zero Mobility:
Because of the arched Banana position in surfing the shoulders, back & triceps tend to get tight after extensive sessions. Especially if you are doing a lot of sessions on a surftrip. Neglecting this point is the fastest way to accumulate Injurys and watch your mates ripping the rest of the trip.
3) Random workouts:
Random workouts. No structure. No protocol for progression. Without a plan you are lost and failure of your training is destined.
Cut out these 3 points and you will almost instantly feel better and perform better on and off board 💪🏻
