最近在准备西餐料理师的资格证,在韩国的料理学院学习的西餐中,“虾仁番茄意面”是第二堂课的内容,今天给大家介绍一下简单的做法🤗

1️⃣好吃秘诀:
①意大利面在意面过煮成al dente的程度(面心儿稍微微硬)加入盐的水中煮约8分钟后捞出,加入橄榄油防治粘连
②番茄酱也可以用市面买的现成的,也可以和我一样现场制作"加强版番茄酱",味道比买的更新鲜好吃😋
③虾仁很容易熟,下锅十几秒爆炒后加入番茄酱即可
Delicious secret:
① When the pasta is cooked al dente (the center of the pasta is slightly hard), add salt to the water and cook for about 8 minutes, then remove and add olive oil to prevent sticking.
②You can also use ready-made ketchup bought in the market, or you can make "enhanced ketchup" on the spot like me. The taste is fresher and more delicious than the one bought 😋
③Shrimp is easy to cook, put it in the pan and stir-fry for more than ten seconds, then add tomato sauce
2️⃣主要食材:(2个份用量)
意大利面 200克
大蒜 3瓣
虾仁 5个
洋葱 1/2个
3️⃣番茄酱加强版佐料:
碎洋葱 1/4个洋葱
蒜泥 1汤匙
腌制绿橄榄 1汤匙
番茄酱 350毫升
黑胡椒粉 少许
Main ingredients: (2 servings)
200g pasta
3 cloves of garlic
5 shrimps
1/2 onion
