I have played lots of VR on the HTC Vive VR HMD, the PSVR and the Oculus Rift CV1. Before the Oculus Touch, I mostly played VR games on the HTC Vive due to roomscale and motion tracking. Some of the best roomscale virtual reality games are now supported on the Oculus Rift thanks to Oculus Touch, bringing the Rift and the HTC Vive to near parity with tracking and roomscale.

In this video I play four VR HTC Vive and Oculus Rift with Touch games. The gameplay is from Windlands, Space Pirate Trainer, Cosmic Trip, and Serious Sam VR: The Last Hope. Each game is on Steam and can be played with SteamVR on the HTC Vive or the Oculus Rift CV1 with Touch. See below for links to these SteamVR games on Steam:

I have been using the Oculus Rift CV1 VR HMD about as long as the HTC Vive virtual reality headset, but it wasn't up to the same standard as the Vive without roomscale and motion tracking. Now that the Oculus Rift with Touch has roomscale tracking with even 2 cameras and even better with 3 cameras it can simulate a small space with similar accuracy to the HTC Vive roomscale tracking solution. The Oculus Rift CV1 offers a couple other advantages over the HTC Vive like asynchronous spacewarp ASW which is helpful for seated graphical simulation games like Elite: Dangerous.
