2.2 lbs (1 Kg) All-purpose flour
1.5 cups granulated sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1.1 lb vegetable shortening about 1 lb
3 eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 pinch Salt
1 tbsp Baking Powder
2-3 tbsp milk
Bake at 350 F for 16-17 minutes
