In June 27, 1998, a child named Dylan is found alone on the shores of a lake, frozen in terror and cold.
Around him lie dozens of lifeless bodies. He is the only survivor.
Authorities investigate, secret services intervene—but the truth is never uncovered. Whatever happened that night dies with the victims… and with Dylan’s shattered memory.

Twenty years later, in Manhattan, 2018, Dylan’s past refuses to stay buried.
Violent nightmares consume his sleep, and a voice repeats the same sentence over and over:
“Come back to Letherfall.”

The voice sounds like his sister Janie, whose body was never found.

Guided by his therapist and driven by a dark impulse, Dylan returns to the abandoned village of Letherfall—a place rotten, silent, and decayed… but not empty.
