If you are a vivid Instagram user, you must have seen Lazar, a Serbian guy who decided to clean Indian streets. I met him accidentally at India Gate and decided to cover his story.
Well, there are different takes on this — about foreigners showing a mirror to Indian society or it being a publicity stunt — but it did start a movement where other locals from Gurugram decided to join him.
