As part of our core function to deliver and support debt advice in England, we are working on a community-based debt advice grant scheme.
This interactive webinar took place on Thursday 6 November and explored how training, internal quality assurance and our quality assurance approach and customer experience monitoring all work together to drive continuous improvement and better outcomes for clients.
