A quick, delicious and tasty lunch, ready in under 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
FISH:
1- 1.5 lbs tilapia fillets
1/4 tsp salt/ adobo( or to your preference)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp fine leaf thyme (crushed/chopped)
1 - 2 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil.
1/4 tsp/ pinch of sazon(optional)
VEGGIES.
3 cups veggies - broccoli, cauliflour, asparagus, carrots.(or whatever veggies you like)
1/4 -1/2 tsp salt and black pepper( or to your preference)
1-2 tablespoon olive oil or vegetable oil.
