En este video se muestra la síntesis de cDNA y el diagnóstico de virus en tejido dentro de GHU. Se reasigna la ubicación del rack, se configuran y gestionan las geles, se cargan fotografías desde la web y se validan los ítems. Posteriormente, se seleccionan los virus a evaluar por PCR, se organizan y editan las geles generadas, se cargan las evidencias fotográficas y se deja el sistema listo para realizar la evaluación final de los resultados.

This video shows the cDNA synthesis and virus diagnosis process in tissue within GHU. The rack location is updated, gels are configured and managed, photos are uploaded through the web platform, and items are validated. Virus targets are selected for PCR evaluation, gels are edited or reorganized, supporting images are uploaded, and the system is prepared to perform the final result evaluation.
