This is the Gears of War 3 Stats editor. Boost your rank to anything you want, change stats to your desired number (get all those Horde upgrades), and unlock all of your weapon/character skins (even the ones from playing the Beta). This allows you to set your weapon skins and character to anything available in the game, including the secret Epic Developer skin which is a translucent/invisible skin
