How to Make a Flower Wreath / New Petal Technique / Julie's Peek-A-Boo Petal

Описание: I'm so excited to share with you my "peek-a-boo" petal, it's so fun to make and can't wait to show you how to make a full wreath with this petal. This wreath uses gray poly burlap and a mauve fabric mesh. I also used a 12" wreath form in a way to make it more comparable to a 10" frame.
