Описание: This recipe is made because I'm craving a burger steak but I don't have any meat at home. When I checked our fridge, saw a big eggplant and it just came to my mind, why not make it into a burger steak? Then there it is! My own version of eggplant burger steak. It's so easy to make and I'm sure you will enjoy it!

Ingredients:
1-2 pcs eggplant (Big size)
1 pc egg
1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 small can mushroom (sliced)
Garlic (minced)
Onion (minced)
Spring onion
Soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
