Описание: This beautiful 1939 Ford Business Coupe is for sale in our Louisville Showroom. This piece of automotive history has been owned by the same person for the last 40 years. Pretty impressive to say the least, considering many of us have a hard time keeping a car more than 4 years. When the owner bought the car it was in good shape, but he wanted to be sure, so soon after purchasing it, he took it completely apart. The rear panel below the trunk was replaced, and then the car was painted in deep gloss black paint and reassembled. There body filler (bondo) or rust in this car per the owner. The original 85 HP flat head V8 was freshened up and reinstalled. The interior is by Labaron Bonney and the wood grain dash is in excellent condition. The AM radio works, but with it being the original unit, you may reach your destination, before the tubes warm up. The Ford Coupe also has a heater and in 1939 this was an option, not a necessity as we have become use to in modern times. The trunk is huge, which makes sense, since it is a Business Coupe and a traveling salesman would need the space for all his wares. The tools and jack are stored in a small compartment in the trunk and are easily accessible. This Business Coupe has been kept in a heated garage and only driven on nice days over the last 40 years.
