In this video I cut down plugs on the Criterion Hybrid using Delta 18-900L drill press, Llambrich keyless chuck, custom aluminum jig 2.0 and a Vevor XY mill table.
I went with 570 RPM on the press instead of 440 and it was much smoother and easier to cut.
