Strawberry cheese cake recipe🍓🫰🧁:
Ingredients:
200 g biscuits (crushed)
100 g melted butter
1 cup cream cheese
½ cup fresh cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
Fresh strawberries
Steps:
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press into a tin and chill 15 min.
Beat cream cheese, fresh cream, sugar & vanilla until smooth.
Pour mixture over the biscuit base and level it.
Chill in the fridge for 4–6 hours (or overnight).
Make strawberry sauce with sugar and lemon.
Top it with fresh Strawberries.
Slice, serve & enjoy! 😍🍓
