Ingredients料:
▶️ Glutinous Rice Layer 糯米层
Glutinous rice 糯米 300g
Coconut milk 椰浆 100g
Salt 盐 1 tsp
Water 清水 100ml
Few Pandan leaves 班兰叶数片
▶️ Pumpkin Layer 金瓜层
Pumpkin 金瓜 300g
Sugar 糖 70g
Water 清水 100ml
Coconut milk 椰浆 100g
Salt 盐 1/2 tsp
Wheat flour 面粉 50g
Corn flour 玉米粉 50g

1:24 Pumpkin Layer 金瓜层
Method:
1. Pour the glutinous rice that has been soaked for 4 hours into the dish, then pour in water, coconut milk, and salt, stir well, and then spread evenly.
2. Put pandan leaves on top, boil the water, and steam for 20 minutes on high heat. After that, take out the pandan leaves and stir evenly.
3. Prepare a mold (4x9 inches), coat it with oil, pour the glutinous rice into it, then spread it flat, press it tightly, and set it aside for later use.
4. Steam the pumpkin on high heat for 15 minutes, put it in a bowl, add sugar and blend with a blender.
5. Pour in sugar, water and coconut milk and mix well.
6. After that, add in plain flour and corn starch, and mix well. Finally, filter and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until thickened.
7. Pour on the pressed glutinous rice, then spread out. Use a toothpick to remove the bubbles and cover with a holed in foil paper.
8. Steam on high heat for 30 minutes. Take it out after 30 minutes and wait for it to cool completely before slicing.
做法:
1. 把浸泡好4小时的糯米倒进盘里,然后倒入清水,椰浆,再加入盐,搅拌均匀,过后铺平。
2. 把班兰叶放在上面,水滚后,大火蒸 20分钟。之后,把班兰叶取出,翻拌均匀。
3. 准备模具(4x9寸),涂上油,把糯米倒进去,然后铺平,过后压紧,放边待用。
4. 大火蒸金瓜15分钟后放入碗中,加入糖然后用搅拌机搅打成泥。
5. 倒入糖,清水和椰浆,搅拌均匀。
6. 过后再加入普通面粉,玉米粉,搅拌均匀。最后过筛,小火煮大约3分钟至浓稠。
7. 倒入压紧的糯米上,然后铺平。用牙签去掉泡泡,盖上插了洞的锡纸。
8. 大火蒸30分钟。30分钟后取出,等完全冷却后才切片。
