Prime accused in the Solar scam Biju Radhakrishnan has testified against the UDF government before the commission probing the scam. He said that he had been operating a high-class brothel in Thiruvananthapuram during the UDF rule. He said that PC Vishnunath, Hibi Eden, ADGP Padmakumar and Ganesh Kumar had a role in it. He said that he had given money to former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and KC Venugopal.
