Authorities now have a person in custody who is being questioned in the ongoing search for Savannah Guthrie’s 84-year-old mom, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department confirmed Feb. 10. "Earlier today, Pima County Sheriff’s Department deputies detained a subject during a traffic stop south of Tucson," read their message on X. "The subject is currently being questioned in connection to the Nancy Guthrie investigation." Nancy was first reported missing from her Tucson, Ariz., home on Feb. 1, but doorbell video footage released Feb. 10—showing a person approaching Nancy's door on the night of her disappearance—gave authorities a new lead. FBI director Kash Patel told Fox News' Sean Hannity Feb. 10, "I will say we've made substantial progress in these last 36 to 48 hours, thanks to the technical capabilities of the FBI and our partnerships," he told Fox News' Sean Hannity Feb. 10, per MS NOW.
