RCTV spent some time in Vancouver, British Columbia at the legendary RC Pit Stop (http://www.rcpitstop.com/) with Kate, Amy and the great Wes Turnbull. We decided to put together an out of the box, head-to-head review of the Axial SCX10 by Great Planes and the Vaterra Chevrolet Blazer Ascender by Horizon Hobby.
Kate, Amy and Wes give a full breakdown of the specs of both scale vehicles; they go in-depth with the vehicle features, including traction, abilities as rock crawlers and discuss after market products available for these radio-controlled beasts. Wes and the girls go out to the park on a slightly rainy day to put the two RC vehicles to the ultimate test, by running them through a gauntlet of various tests and obstacles.
