Beef Stew Receipe:
2 Brown Onions
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1.5kg Gravy Beef
3 Potatoes
4 Carrots
2 Cans of diced tomatoes
2 Pinches Mixed Herbs
5 Beef Stock Cubes
Water to fill the pot.

1. Brown and sear all sides of the beef after it has been cubed and remove from the pot.
2. Saute the onions and garlic.
3. Add the chopped carrots and potatoes to the cooked onions and stir through.
4. Add the tomato cans, mixed herbs, and stock cubes.
5. Simmer over coals or stove until beef is cooked to your liking.
