Top tips for achieving a deeper stretch throughout the spine in your forward fold - paschimottanasana. Very few people can actually double over 😳 but using these tips, you may be able to achieve a deeper fold:
forward tilting the pelvis
hinging at the hips
reducing hamstring tension
shifting the stretch into mid and upper back
allowing the lumbar spine to decompress more gently.
