Описание: This 16-minute video documentary describes a successful approach to holistic neighborhood revitalization taken by the City of Raleigh in partnership with Habitat for Humanity of Wake County in one Raleigh neighborhood. This effort is part of the City of Raleigh's Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), a federal program designed to address the challenges of the foreclosure crisis, made possible by a grant awarded to the City by the State of North Carolina, Department of Commerce, Division of Community Investment and Assistance.
