Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Prepare Make-a-head Tomato Mixture:
-Water as required
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) Red & ripe 1 kg
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 3 medium (200g)
-Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 3 tbs
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) finely chopped 1 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) finely chopped 3 medium (350g)
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
Prepare Cheesy Shakshuka In 5 Minutes:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 4-5
-Himalayan pink salt to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
-Olper’s Cheddar Cheese as required
-Olper’s Mozzarella Cheese as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
Prepare Make a head Tomato Mixture:
-In a pot,add water & heat it.
-Remove the head of tomatoes,make a small cut on the bottom of tomatoes with the help of knife than add in hot water & blanch for 12-15 minutes.
-Let them cool.
-Remove tomato skin,add in blender jug & blend well to make a puree & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,onion,garlic,mix well & sauté until light golden.
-Add green chilli,tomatoes,mix well & cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Add pureed tomatoes,pink salt,red chilli crushed,black pepper crushed,paprika powder,fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes & keep mixing in between.
-Let it cool (Total Yield: approx. 1 kg)
How to Store Shakshuka Tomato Mixture:
-Can be stored in zip lock bags for up to 3 months in freeze (Total servings 12).
-We have divided the mixture into 3 batches.Each batch is 330g & serves 3-4.
How To Use Frozen Shakshuka Mixture:
-Place zip lock bag in hot water until mixture is thawed (10-15 minutes).
Prepare Cheesy Shakshuka In 5 Minutes:
-In a non-stick frying pan,add cooking oil,thawed prepared tomato mixture & mix well.
-Add eggs one by one,sprinkle pink salt,black pepper crushed,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts & eggs are done (2-3 minutes).
-Serve with bread!

-Pot mein pani dal ker garam ker lein.
-Tamatar ki head ki remove ker lein aur bottom per knife ki madad sa cut laga lein phir garam pani mein dal dein aur 12-15 minutes kliya blanch ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Tamatar ki skin ko remove ker lein,blender jug mein dal dein aur ache tarhan blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil,pyaz aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
-Hari mirch aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pureed tamatar,pink salt,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch crushed,paprika powder aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 10-15 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bceh mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
-Thanda ker lein (Total Yield: approx. 1 kg).
How to Store Shakshuka Tomato Mixture:
-Zip lock bags mein dal ker 3 months kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han (Total servings 12).
-Hum na mixture ko 3 batches mein divide kiya hai.Each batch is 330g & serves 3-4.
How To Use Frozen Shakshuka Mixture:
-Zip lock bag ko hot water mein thaw kernay kliya dal dein (10-15 minutes).
Prepare Cheesy Shakshuka In 5 Minutes:
-Non-stick frying pan mein cooking oil aur thawed prepared tomato mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil karein,pink salt,kali mirch crushed,cheddar cheese aur mozzarella cheese dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per cheese melt aur anday pak janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
