An honest and open conversation - me speaking my truth.
While many are ready to jump into "New Year New You" - I haven't found that energy yet. In fact many say that the new year doesn't begin until closer to Feb/Mar.
I'm still in a process of shedding - both of a year ended AND of a nine year cycle ended and actually I'm looking at the past two nine year cycles and reflecting upon what I was experiencing then and on where I am now as I begin this whole new nine year cycle.
I'm also talking about truth... our search for truth through the vast amount of lies and deception that surround us in this world.
How do we learn to recognise the frequency of truth?
By living in truth and by being willing to do what it takes to align to truth - even when it challenges everything in our life.
