Worship Experiment: "From Wonder to Wisdom" Hymn Debut

Описание: As the recipient of a grant from the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship, Science for the Church (scienceforthechurch.org) is helping five churches conduct experiments to integrate science into their worship practices in ways that benefit their congregations. The experiments are part of the natural flow of what each church does in their particular context rather than an addition or change. We invite you to learn from their experiments via this video series and perhaps even imagine what experiments would work in your own church context.

Hymn writer Mary Louise Bringle opens this video by describing the inspiration for "From Wonder to Wisdom." Debuted on February 23, 2025 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (‪@holytrinitychapelhill‬), we hear references from astronomy, geology, and biology that invite us into wonder at the commonalities of faith and science and ultimately turn us towards the prayer of the final verse.
