Despite initial challenges during implementation due to management being in the U.S. and employees in India lacking Odoo knowledge, the support from Odoo has since improved. Ashwat rates Odoo 8 out of 10 and hopes for AI features in future versions. He also observed that the Odoo Community Days event is more crowded this year.
