The best outdoor gym in Europe

Описание: I like to travel ...a lot, and this might just be the best free gym I'm ever found.

Almost every week I'm in a different city or country around Europe, and while it can be hard to find the gyms sometimes I at least know if nothing else I can still do bodyweight exercises, but to be honest most of the time I'm able to find a calisthenics gym when I'm traveling because they're in almost every park around Europe. They're even on a lot of street corners too and I think it's absolutely fantastic that everyone has this option to look after their health. It really is great how every country I go to has these.

Oh, except for the Uk. For some strange and bizarre reason the Uk doesn't seem to prioritise free fitness which means there are hardly any proper outdoor areas to train.

... back in the rest of Europe however there are some really really great outdoor gyms and I'm always on the lookout for a one that trumps all the rest. I thought I'd found it in Poland where there was this amazing gym with rings, climbing ropes, and every type of bar you could think off.

...but that was before I found this one right under my nose here in Prague in the Czech Republic. Not only does it have all the usual calisthenics equipment, including FOUR sets of rings, but it also has tons of other stuff like barbells for lunges and curls, tyres to flip, a triceps pressdown machine, two bench presses, a leg curl machine, and it even has a lat pull down machine that looks straight out of The Flintstones.

Not only all this but not one piece of equipment has any graffiti on or been damaged in any way. Pretty much proving one reason why maybe the Uk might not provide this sort of stuff over there. Let's face it. The chavs would either nick it, burn it, or find some other way to destroy it within a week.

Clearly this is going to become one of my favourite places to train and if anyone out there is reading or watching this and is coming to Prague who also fancies a novel new way to have a good training session then I highly recommend you check this place out.
