Their primary duty is to guard these two locations, performing their duties in a completely still and expressionless manner regardless of the weather. Tomb of the Unknown Soldier: The Evzones guard the monument 24/7. They stand guard in two-hour shifts, with the "little changes" occurring every hour on the hour.
Presidential Mansion: They also stand guard at the Presidential Mansion.
Acropolis: Evzones are also responsible for raising and lowering the Greek flag at the Acropolis on a daily basis, as seen on Greece Is.
