Encountering problems [sewage] at Imperial Beach! Car camp, fishing & road trip in the Tesla Model Y

Описание: We do an impromptu Road trip to Imperial Beach in San Diego! We road trip 770 miles in the Tesla Model Y from Arizona, to the southern California beaches in San Diego. We had plans to test out our new car camping setup in the Tesla Model Y by finding a place to car camp in the woods, before arriving at the Imperial Beach Pier in the morning. Our dreams of soaking in the sun, fishing off of the pier and doing a catch and cook all quickly dissipated when we arrived at the beach. We found numerous signs telling people to stay out of the water due to sewage contamination! We learned that hundreds of thousands of gallons of sewage water gets continually dumped into the ocean from the Tijuana River, from Mexico.

We encountered problem after problem, when we first found out the spot we wished to do some dispersed camping in was completely closed off. After compromising our camping experience, we hoped to salvage the trip with doing some catch and cooking off of the pier. Even though we were not able to do either, we still enjoyed our road trip, however we will definitely redeem ourselves in our future camping and fishing trips! I cannot wait to utilize our new camping set up for quick set ups, and easier travels! Join us on our adventures, the good and the bad, as we explore new things. All in all, we still greatly enjoyed our time and we love our new car camping setup! We will do many more road tripping, and car camping adventures, which are bound to be successful!
